Employee (m/f/d) in the area of logistics (full-time)

with option for logistics management Location: Office Vienna 1220

In this responsible position, you will be responsible for general order processing and work closely with our warehouse and external partners. After successful induction and training, you will have the opportunity to take over the management of logistics.

THESE ARE YOUR TASKS

  • Close cooperation and coordination with our warehouse, other departments, as well as external
    partners such as the Chamber of Commerce, the customs office and freight forwarders
  • Processing, preparation and verification of customs and transportation documents (import & export),
    export declarations, shipping documents, certificates of origin and other documents
  • Independent invoice control
  • Coordination of proper logistics processes
  • Complaints handling and error process management
  • Disposition of company-owned trucks

The gross monthly salary for this position is € 2,602 for 38.5 hours per week. We pay € 3.350,- gross per month, with the willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and professional experience.
