In this responsible position, you will be independently responsible for general order processing and will work closely with our warehouse and external partners. After successful training and induction, there is the opportunity to take over the management of logistics.

THESE ARE YOUR TASKS

  • Close cooperation and coordination with our warehouse, other departments, and external partners such as the Chamber of Commerce, customs office, and shipping companies.

  • Processing, preparation, and verification of customs and transport documents (import and export),
    export declarations, shipping documents, certificates of origin, and other documents

  • independent invoice verification

  • Coordination of proper logistics processes

  • Complaint handling and error process management

  • Scheduling of company-owned trucks

For this position, the collective bargaining agreement provides for a gross monthly salary of €2,602 for a 38.5-hour workweek. We offer a gross monthly salary of €3,350, with the possibility of paying above this amount depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
